Koji Yamamura, one of Japan’s most successful and distinctive animators, will introduce his work through a conversation with Jayne Pilling, founder and director of the British Animation Awards. The seminar will explore the world Yamamura creates in his work and examine his position in the growing Japanese animation industry. Helen McCarthy, founding editor of ANIME UK, will introduce the seminar by talking briefly about Japanese animation.
